We Buy Houses

We met in 2015 at the Nebraska Spring Game, 2 months prior to meeting I had purchased my first rental house and Mark was quick to jump in and help! That was the start of our real estate investing journey! We both have full time jobs Mark works for 84 Lumber as an outside salesman and Taija works for Marriott as a Business Development Manager.  While we both enjoy our full time jobs, real estate investing is our passion. We find it very gratifying to take a property that needs a lot of work and turn it into a beautiful home for someone, we also love helping sellers get out of properties that have turned into a hassle for them and we love helping improve neighbors by fixing these properties up. Often you will see our dog Waylon hanging out at our job sites, he loves checking out all the different places and meeting new people. Our son Mack is still a little too young to spend much time at our properties while we work on them. We have worked with people in a sorts of situations to help them sell their house, we have worked with short sales, complicated estates, probates, difficult tenant situations,  and we have also met with sellers whose house was not right for an investor because it was in such great shape so instead Taija listed it on the market as their realtor.
